The legal framework that ensures openness and transparency of the courts in Ukraine

The purpose of this publication is to systematize legislation that reflects the right to a public hearing in Ukraine and regulates interaction with the media and the community, including the analysis of legislative changes in the context of judicial reform. The publication was prepared for the implementation of the project «Openness of the courts to the media and the public as a pledge of the rule of law» by NGO «Human Rights Vector» with the support of a program from the Embassy of the Netherlands in Ukraine.
