Survey results of court hearings and commentary
We present the results of a survey on broadcasts and comment on court hearings.
Court broadcasts are popular to watch for attorneys and lawyers, and other interviewed respondents.
59% watch live broadcasts. All directions of law and process are interesting for viewing.
At the same time, very few litigants initiated their broadcasts by technical means of the courts or participated in the case broadcast on the Judicial Power of Ukraine portal and YouTube.
97% of the respondents did not participate in the court process, the process of which was broadcast by the court's technical means to You Tube — the Judicial Power of Ukraine channel.
93% did not attempt to initiate court technical broadcasting as a party to the trial. The other 7% of the respondents tried, but the court refused and said that the case was not resonant or the court had no technical capacity.
Almost 40% (72% of which are lawyers and 14% of lawyers) of the respondents are not aware of the mechanism of court hearings by technical means of the courts on the portal and the judicial channel of the Judiciary of Ukraine and 79% did not view the judicial comments in the court in human language.
However, the majority have a desire to develop in this area, for example, 82% of those polled have the desire to study judicial comment in the project “Trial in simple words”.
Trial in simple words team will provide interactive lectures and webinars on court broadcasts, announce training contests and keep up to date on the development of the right to open hearings.
