How to establish the dialoge between court and people?

This guide will be useful for court press officers, public relations and the media, as well as anyone interested in communicating effectively with the courts. Readers will be able to find the answers to the questions: how to start and adjust the current communication work of the court, prepare a strategy, communication plan, media card; how to work with social networks and thought leaders; how to organize and conduct media events, how to determine the event format, time and audience, and more. Practical recommendations will help prepare the staff of the courts involved in the field of public relations and social communications for practical activity in the environment of the judicial system of Ukraine.
The materials were prepared as a result of the training program «Communicative Instruments in the Work of the Courts: A Dialogue of the Court and the Community» for court staff, developed and implemented by the Human Rights Vector NGO in 2016-2018 in cooperation with the Human Rights Court Project in collaboration with The Council of Judges of Ukraine, the press service of the bodies of judicial self-government in Ukraine and the Representation of the Fund Friedrich Ebert in Ukraine.
