The third cohort of the “Leadership Development Group: Reflecting on Leadership Experience” programme has come to an end

Six months of shared learning, reflection, dialogue, and mutual support flew by very quickly. At the same time, the programme created space and an opportunity for us to slow down and delve deeper into our own and shared experiences of leadership.

We are pleased to congratulate the participants on completing the third cohort of the internationally certified “Leadership Development Group: Reflecting on Leadership Experience” programme, implemented in cooperation with Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University (United Kingdom), with the support of Human Rights Vector NGO and with the participation of the NGO “Institute of Psychosomatics and Trauma Therapy.”

The programme ran from 27 February to 17 July 2026.

This programme has never been about “recipes for successful leadership.” Instead, it has become a space to explore personal experiences, reflect on today’s challenges, discover new meanings, and find support among people from different professions and fields.

Over the course of six sessions, we explored mutual support in difficult times, leadership through narrative and poetry, experiences of international cooperation, the social matrix of dreams, post-traumatic growth, and concluded the programme with a PechaKucha session.

What is especially valuable to us is that participants describe the programme as a space of trust, safety, reflection, and humanity.

Among the feedback we received after completing the programme:

“For me, it was a time for grounding, a time for reflection and thinking about leadership.”

“What worked well for me was the format of the programme itself: the combination of personal reflection, art, narrative, poetry, and group discussion. It was not leadership training in the classical sense, but rather a space for reflecting on my own experience, vulnerability, difficult periods, and how leadership manifests itself in the ability to be present, listen, support others, and not lose our humanity in times of uncertainty. What was especially valuable was that the programme did not provide ready-made answers, but created conditions for a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.”

“A space of trust, calm, and acceptance was created, where it was possible to express oneself safely.”

“I would like to say a huge thank you for the concept and idea of this course. It has been an incredibly meaningful journey. I am deeply grateful to all the people who participated in the organization process—your hard work, thoughtful planning, and dedication created a truly safe and transformative space for all of us. Thank you for making this experience possible.”

“I liked the personalized exploration of leadership as a sense of self. This added a new dimension for me, as my leadership education and practice has been in either corporate or military environments.”

❤️ Sincere thanks to everyone who became part of this journey. It was your openness, willingness to listen, share your own experiences, and support others that created the atmosphere that makes this programme special.
