Course Concept

The course developer and ABA&Psy founder, Anastasia Iun, PhD, BCBA, NCSP, discusses its concept and values:

«ABA&Psy was initially conceived as a blog with resources to help those affected by military actions access quality therapy. Considering my connections with colleagues and families with children with disabilities from Ukraine and witnessing their struggles, I aimed to create something more meaningful and useful. I'm very pleased that my colleagues supported me and joined in creating both resources and this course.

Our main goal is to provide not just information but a source of inspiration and practical application of knowledge. The course is tailored to the needs of both novice professionals and parents who want to provide effective support to their children. We strive to make this course not just a guide to new knowledge but also a reliable support. We aim to cultivate reflective practitioners who can effectively apply their knowledge and continuously improve their methods of work. Our approach will enable you to become not only qualified specialists but also innovators in your field. Our introductory course is designed to prepare for certification in three international systems:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®), certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).
  • International Behavior Instructor (IBT®), certified by the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO®).
  • Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT®), certified by the Qualification Board for Applied Behavior Analysis (QABA®).»
