Media Openness of the Ukrainian Courts: Results of the All-Ukrainian Survey of the Ukrainian Courts, 2018 prepared within the framework of the project “Openness of Courts for the Media and the Public as a Pledge to the Rule of Law” by NGO “Human Rights Vector” with the support of MATRA (Embassy of the Netherlands in Ukraine). The questions in the Questionnaire represents information of 2017 and 2018. The actual completion of the questionnaires took place from 2 February to 19 March inclusive. In total, 269 courts in Ukraine, out of 674 existing courts in the controlled territory of Ukraine, participated in the survey, which is 40%.
