Broadcast court hearings by court technical means and comment on them within the framework of the Trial in simple words project as effective mechanisms for protecting the right to a fair trial
Systematic cooperation between the authorities and the community is an important prerequisite for implementing quality reforms. If it is based on the rule of law, respect for one another, it is possible to implement the reforms in a successful manner and to maintain their positive effect.
It is gratifying that there is an example of successful cooperation between the judiciary and civil society, through which changes have been made that lead to higher standards in the administration of justice.
In this post we will give examples of implementation and development of new mechanisms for the protection of the right to a fair trial on the basis of the Trial in simple words project of the NGO Human Rights Vector.
The Trial in simple words Project was created in 2015 to protect the right to a fair trial and education
for a wide range of people in the industry. Today, this project is one of the main areas of activity of the Human Rights Vector NGO.
