What do those who write about the court think? Results of the survey

As part of the training program for court commentators on the Trial in simple words Project, we conducted a survey of media representatives and NGOs writing about lawsuits and the judiciary. The survey was conducted by activists of the Trial in simple words Project of the NGO Human Rights Vector from 2 to 14 August 2017. Nine specialists were interviewed, including 5 journalists, correspondents of local and all-Ukrainian media and 4 employees of public organizations from the cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odessa and Lviv.
Opinion polls revealed their purpose and way of communicating about lawsuits and the judiciary, what are the lawsuits and why they are the focus of their coverage today, which is often not understood by listeners, readers, and viewers.
