The use of court broadcasts in law teaching: guidelines

This guide is designed to help educators and anyone studying law.
It can be divided into two parts.
  • The first is theoretical and provides guidelines for educators on the use of video during the educational process.
  • The second part is practical and contains examples of 6 sessions using video sessions of court-transmitted courts, conducted as of May 2018 as part of the Trial in simple words project: Commenting on court-transmitted courts as an innovative tool for securing the right to open hearings and the principle of publicity in litigation, ”with the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under the New Justice Program.
